Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Data Management: You’ll enter and manage client information and expenses, keeping our project tracking sheets up to date.
- Client Communication: Handle client interactions with charm, manage emails, and coordinate schedules like a pro.
- Social Media & Design: Bring your creativity to life in our social media campaigns and graphics, primarily using Canva.
Who you are:
- Experienced with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Skilled in Canva, with a basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and PDF functions. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and InDesign is a huge plus but not required!
- A superb communicator, ready to interact professionally with our clients and team.
- Looking for a role that fits into a balanced life – perfect for a parent during school hours but open to all skilled candidates 18+.
Hours & Pay:
- Flexible but generally Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 10 AM to 2 PM.
- Starting at $20/hour with the potential for an increase based on your skill and performance.
